Bedford Upcoming Events

August 6th, 2018

This weekend Bedford Speedway will be in action twice with racing on both Friday and Sunday evenings. As one of the wettest summers on record in Pennsylvania continues, the speedway has added a special Sunday show in an attempt to get our drivers and fans another race to help offset the rainouts.

Friday night will be Muss Weyant Tribute night which will include the “Clash for Cash” Late Model series featuring the Late Models racing 35 laps for $3000 to win. Also racing will be the Modifieds, the Semi Lates running 30 laps for $800 to win and the Pure Stocks running 20 laps for $300 to win.

We would like to thank several sponsors for being a part of the Semi Late & Pure Stock portions of the Weyant Tribute: HP Traffic Control, Ritchey’s Sandblasting, George Beckett & Sons Contracting, Curry Dynamics, Lashley’s Garage, Dean’s Tire, LaSalle’s Engine & Chassis, SAC Inc., Arc Fusion Technology, Dave’s Auto Body

The special Sunday night program will include several divisions who have been particularly hard hit by this summer’s rain. In action will be the Late Model Sportsman, Racesaver Sprints, Semi Lates & Four Cylinders, Sunday night will also include the kids bicycle races for kids 12 & under.

Friday night gates open at 5:00, with warmups at 7:00 and racing at 7:30. General admission is $18, kids 12 and under are free. Pit admission is $30.

On Sunday night, gates will open at 4:00 with warmups at 6:00 and racing at 6:30. General admission will be $10, kids 12 and under are free. Sunday pit admission is $25.
