The 2016 Bedford racing season begins to wind down with the annual Labor Day 55 next week and Fall Fest on Friday night September 16th and Saturday Night September 17th.
Friday night, September 2nd will be the 29th running of the Late Model Labor Day 55 Classic presented by the SAC Inc. family of companies. Also in action that night will be the Semi Lates, Modifieds and Four Cylinders. As always, Labor Day weekend will conclude points racing for all divisions.
The 55 will be run utilizing the LM Speedweek qualifying format, with drivers drawing for time trial order, then qualifying in groups for their heat race starting position. The top heat finishers will then redraw for feature starting position.

The Bedford racing season will conclude with the annual two day Fall Fest.
Friday night racing action will feature the Super Late Models racing in a complete show with a 25 lap, $1500 to win feature, as well as the Four Cylinders racing a complete show with a 15 lap $150 to win feature. Also on Friday will be qualifying heats for the Semi Lates, Modifieds and Pure Stocks.
Saturday night’s program includes the Late Model Sportsman and Laurel Highlands Sprints running a complete show.
Feature events will be held for the Semi Lates, Pure Stocks and Modifieds. The Four Cylinders will conclude the program with their second feature event of the weekend.
No entry fee for any cars.
Pill draw for heat line up- top heat finishers redraw for feature, remainder of field set from heat and B-Main finishes.

Rigs may be left in the Pit Area overnight; Pit Area will be locked overnight.
