The Blaney family, from Hartford Ohio, raced and traveled together throughout the northeast, first with father Lou and later with sons Dave and Dale. At the time, 4 year old Dave, most likely was in attendance this night at Bedford, came close to winning the Daytona 500 this past Monday.
