We would like to thank everyone who supported racing at the Bedford Speedway this year. The positive response from racers and fans all season long has been absolutely amazing, and it is very much appreciated. We would also like to send a special thank you to the Bedford County Agricultural Society for providing us with a fantastic facility to race at. Moving forward to next year, there is much going on.
The new season will kick off on Sunday April 6th with the annual racecar show, followed immediately by a open test and tune session. Opening Day will be the following Sunday April 13th with Friday night racing commencing on April 18th The new schedule has 26 races on it, concluding at the end of September with Fall Fest. Each of the regular Bedford divisions (Late Models, Late Model Sportsman, Semi Lates, Modifieds, Pure Stocks and Four Cylinders) will be making approximately 20 appearances each on the new schedule. In addition there will be appearances by various Sprint Car divisions, ARDC Midgets and the always popular vintage car clubs. There is also a few surprises that have been added to the schedule, and will be announced over the next few months.
The completed 2014 race schedule will be posted on this website in December.
Rules for our six divisions are currently being evaluated and will be posted on this website sometime in early November. Racers should not expect any serious changes to the regulations.
Tickets are on sale for our annual awards banquet which will be held on February 1st, be sure to get your ticket orders in as the event is usually a sellout.
