The Bedford Speedway concluded its 19th race of the 2026 season on Friday night with a visit from the Modified Mafia Tour accompanied by the Semi Lates, 4-Cylinders, and Crown Vics. George Dixon picked up a huge win in the 25 Lap Modified event and earned his second Bedford Speedway victory of the year. Joining Dixon in the winner’s circle Friday night was Kyle Weyant in the Semi Lates, Wayne Brenize in the 4-Cylinders, and Charlie Clise in the Crown Vics.
David Stremme held off a tenacious George Dixon for the first 5 laps of the Modified event. Dixon was closing in on Stremme and watching his every move waiting for his chance to pass. Dixon saw an opportunity coming off of turn 4 and managed to get to the inside of Stremme going down the front stretch. He dug in going into turn 1 and stayed low, sneaking by Stremme. Dixon put the pedal to the metal after that and couldn’t be stopped. It didn’t take long for Dixon and Stremme to catch up to the back of the field, by halfway Dixon had already weaved his way through a handful of lapped cars with Stremme sticking close behind. For a moment on Lap 16 Dixon was held up by lapped traffic and Stemme had a clear shot at catching him, but it wasn’t meant to be as Dixon pulled away once more. Two late event cautions were called but even on the restarts Stremme couldn’t find his footing enough to challenge Dixon. Dixon took the checkered flag followed by David Stremme, Logan Roberson, Michael Altobelli, and Chris Arnold.

Kyle Weyant picked up his second Bedford Speedway 2026 victory in the Semi Late division. Michael Altobelli jumped to an early lead from his 6th place starting spot. He seemed to pull away from the field leaving Kyle Weyant to battle against Kyle Deneen for second place. Lap after lap Weyant tried to get by Deneen but Deneen kept coming out ahead. Finally Weyant had enough and took a hard stance going down the front stretch to blow by not only Deneen but Altobelli as well. Altobelli encountered some misfortune getting a flat tire and ending his lead. Deneen spent the remaining laps trying endlessly to get a leg up on Weyant but Weyant’s nose stayed ahead. The checkered flag dropped with Weyant picking up the win followed by Kyle Deneen, Cody Jarvie, Michael Altobelli, and Brian Weyandt.
Semi Late heat race winners: Garrett Keifer, Kyle Deneen.
Wayne Brenize went home with his first 2026 Bedford Speedway win in the 4-Cylinder division. Brenize originally started 5th and found his way to the front within a few moments of the green flag dropping. He spent the remaining laps fending off Isaac Kormanski and Tom Brady. At the checkered flag it was Brenize followed by Isaac Kormanski, Tom Brady, Jason Diehl, and Todd Price.

Charlie Clise claimed his second Crown Vic win this season. Clise has three Pure Stock wins this season at the track as well. Kevin Weyandt started the feature up front but Clise overtook him within a few laps. The pair stayed close together for the duration until the checkered flag dropped. The top five was Charlie Clise, Kevin Weyandt, Kainen Brown, Brennen Shroyer, Jeff Detwiler.
